The sweetest milk in the world
Once you've tried them, you'll happily swap them for your morning coffee. Really now!
Incidentally, the name "Golden Milk" comes from the yellow turmeric spice and the drink has its origins in Ayurveda (science of life). There, the turmeric root is used as a versatile remedy.
In combination with other ingredients, the drink is said to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and to help strengthen the immune system. It also helps the liver in its detoxification function and supports the body in digestion.
I can only speak for myself now, but I recently developed a cold with a sore throat, runny nose and cough. So I drank a turmeric milk every day and boom, after 5 days I felt great again. I've never gotten over a cold so quickly.
So there are many reasons why you should try this milk.
