Breakfast biscuits with almond Britta topping

Today there is a recipe for all breakfast and cookie lovers. For some of you it can just be a little something in the morning? Then this is exactly the right recipe for you.

Servings: 5 cookies

Ingredients

Cookies

60g oat flakes
50g soft dates
140g flour
50ml almond drink
Some vanilla powder
5ml rapeseed oil
20g dried fruit of your choice, I use pineapple

As a topping

Some Almond Britta Granola
Some nut butter of your choice

preparation

Knead all the ingredients except the pineapple into a mixture. Finally, mix in the pineapple and form 5 biscuits on a baking tray. Bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
Once cooled, garnish with nut butter and granola.
