Berry Almond Britta to-go with coconut yoghurt
Even if Corona is unfortunately not over yet, normality is returning in many offices. This also includes working less in the home office and more in the office. There’s a breakfast recipe that’s great to take away, right?
In any case, we think that you don't have to do without a delicious breakfast in the office or at school/uni, which is also nice for the eye.
A classic breakfast recipe is definitely yoghurt + muesli + fruit.
It's easy, can be prepared super quickly, tastes super good and also looks fantastic. For those who like to eat sweets in the morning and also like muesli, this is definitely a great alternative to a quick roll or pastries from the bakery.
A tip: get yourself a couple of screw-top jars or jars – you can always use them (e.g. also for dessert). You don't have to overdo it and fill the whole closet with it, like we do at home.
The recipe is great to prepare in the evening and when it's your turn, you can feed the whole family right away. As far as the fruit is concerned, your taste is of course in demand. In addition to raspberries, blueberries, strawberries or pomegranate seeds are also wonderful. And of course you can also omit the honey – the almond Britta is already relatively sweet.
