Microwave Cinnamon Roll with Almond Britta Granola Topping

Ingredients:
For the dough:
1/2 cup milk
1 shot of maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Optional: some vanilla powder
For the filling:
1 teaspoon sugar or erythritol
1 teaspoon butter
A little cinnamon
As a topping:
2 teaspoons of cream cheese mixed with some maple syrup
Almond Britta Granola

Preparation:
Knead the ingredients for the dough into a smooth mass. If it is too sticky, just add a little more flour. Roll the dough into a long roll and then flatten it with a rolling pin. Spread with butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. Roll the whole thing into a snail shape and cook in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave for 3 minutes at 600 watts.
Then top with cream cheese, granola and cinnamon.
