100ml coconut drink
30g oat flakes
50ml water
10ml maple syrup
10g cornstarch
2 tablespoons yogurt
vanilla powder or flavoring

As a topping:
Preparation:
Mix the coconut milk, oat flakes, maple syrup, water and vanilla in a saucepan and bring to the boil briefly. Turn off the stove. Now mix the cornstarch with a little cold water in a small cup and then pour it into the saucepan. Let everything simmer briefly with the residual heat and thicken. Now you can stir in the yogurt.
Pour into a bowl and top with granola and banana.
