Smoothie bowls have long become a popular trend. For example, they combine fresh fruits, vegetables and a variety of toppings to create a healthy yet delicious breakfast or snack.
In winter, of course, suitable ingredients are used - such as mandarin and cinnamon.
Here is our simple recipe:

Ingredients:

For the base:
1 frozen banana
100g frozen grapes
130g frozen plums
1 handful of spinach
1 tangerine
100ml water
Some cinnamon to taste
As a topping:
1 teaspoon psyllium husk
A few grapes
Preparation:

Blend the ingredients for the bowl in a blender until smooth. Then put these in a bowl and top them with granola, fruit and psyllium husks.
