Vegan Kaiserschmarrn

ingredients
120g flour
100ml plant drink
20ml maple syrup
1 tsp chia seeds
1/4 grated apple
130g vegan yoghurt
90g pomegranate
20g Almond Britta Niederrhein Fräulein Edition Granola
Some tonka bean abrasion
A pinch of salt
5g vegan butter or margarine
preparation
Mix all the ingredients except for the butter to form a smooth batter. Melt the butter in a pan and then add the batter. Cook the pancake on one side, flip, then separate into small pieces to create bite-sized morsels.
Serve with yoghurt, granola and pomegranate.
