Chia Pudding with Oat Hans Granola

Who else likes #chiapudding so much ? Hands up. 🙋‍♀️

Today there is a suitable recipe that can be perfectly combined with our oat Hans Granola.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Servings: 1


Ingredients for one serving:
2 tbsp chia seeds (20g)
150ml plant milk (e.g. oat, almond or pistachio)
10ml maple syrup
90g yoghurt of your choice
80g mango (any other fruit is also suitable)
10g Oat Hans Granola


Mix the chia seeds well with the plant milk and place in the fridge for 20 minutes. Now stir well again so that there are no more lumps and refrigerate for at least 3 hours so that the seeds have enough time to swell (ideally you prepare it the evening before).
Now mix the yoghurt with the maple syrup and pour it on the chia pudding.
Puree the mango in a blender and add to the yoghurt. Top with the granola and enjoy.
