Strawberry rice pudding with vegan almond Britta granola

Ingredients:
60g rice (I use jasmine rice)
200ml plant milk
100ml water
20ml maple syrup
Some vanilla powder/flavoring
25g Almond Britta Granola
170g strawberries
Preparation:
Mix the rice into flour in a blender (the finer the flour, the smoother the rice pudding will be; alternatively, ready-made rice flour can also be used).
Now mix the flour with the water, milk and vanilla in a saucepan and bring to the boil briefly. Now let the rice pudding simmer on a low level while stirring until a pudding is formed. Sweeten with maple syrup and top with sliced strawberries and granola .
