Strawberry smoothie bowl
The strawberry season has begun. We have our summer granola to match, the Erd Bernd . Of course, the corresponding recipe should not be missing.

Ingredients:
For the base:
1 banana
180g frozen mango
100g frozen blackberries
50g frozen blueberries
120ml water
As a topping:
3 strawberries
1 teaspoon psyllium husk
10g nut butter (I use almond butter)
20g Earth Bernd granola
Preparation:
Blend the ingredients for the bowl in a blender until smooth. Then put these in a bowl and top them with granola, fruit, psyllium husks and nut butter.
