Purple smoothie bowl with gluten-free coconut granola
Who wouldn't like to start the day colorfully? Then this might be the right recipe for you.
We use our buckwheat granola Frida Coco to go with it.

Ingredients:
Base
1 banana
180g frozen fruit of your choice
100g frozen blackberries
50g frozen blueberries
120ml water
topping
A few blackberries
1/2 banana
10g nut butter (I use almond butter)
Preparation:
Blend the ingredients for the bowl in a blender until smooth. Then put them in a bowl and top them with granola , fruit and nut butter.
