Yogurt Bark

Then try our Frozen Yogurt Bark with Frida Coco Granola – super quick to make, wonderfully creamy, and thanks to our crunchy granola, the perfect topping for hot days!
Ingredients:

300 g Greek yogurt

2 tbsp nut butter of your choice (e.g. almond butter)

A handful of mixed berries (e.g. strawberries, blueberries)

20–30 g Frida Coco Granola

Optional: some maple syrup for extra sweetness
Preparation:
1️⃣ Spread the Greek yogurt on a piece of baking paper – not too thin!
2️⃣ Top with nut butter, berries and our Frida Coco Granola as desired.
3️⃣ If you like it sweeter, drizzle some maple syrup over it.
4️⃣ Put it in the freezer for about 3-4 hours, until the mixture is completely frozen.
5️⃣ Then break into pieces and enjoy immediately!
