Protein Bowl

We have a quick recipe for you that will get you through the day fit – with extra crunch thanks to our Almond Britta Granola .
Ingredients for 1 serving:

2 bananas (frozen in small pieces)

1 tbsp protein powder of your choice

1 good splash of coconut milk (alternatively almond milk, etc.)

1 tsp baking cocoa

1 tsp almond butter
-
Optional: some melted chocolate
Preparation:

Puree bananas together with protein powder and milk in a blender.

Pour the ice cream mixture into a bowl, leaving a small amount.

Add baking cocoa to the rest of the mixture and mix.

Roughly stir the cocoa mass into the banana ice cream mixture.

Top with almond butter, almond britta and melted chocolate.
