Easter quark cookies with almond granola topping

Preparation time: 15 minutes
For the dough
300g low-fat quark
50ml rapeseed oil
1.5 packets of baking powder
140g coconut blossom sugar, erythritol or other sweetener
Some vanilla powder or flavor
1 pinch of salt
Knead all the ingredients for the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. Now roll out the dough about 1cm thick, cut out, place on a baking tray and bake for 8-9 minutes at 180 degrees circulating air. After baking and cooling, decorate the finished cookies with cream cheese and granola .
