For the dough
300g low-fat quark
60ml milk
50ml rapeseed oil
50g butter
550g flour
1.5 packets of baking powder
140g coconut blossom sugar, erythritol or other sweetener
1 egg
Some vanilla powder or flavoring
1 pinch of salt

Preparation:
Knead all the ingredients for the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. Now roll out the dough to about 1cm thick, cut it out, place it on a baking tray and bake it for 8-9 minutes at 180 degrees. After baking and cooling, decorate the finished cookies with cream cheese and granola .
