Carrot Cake Bowl with vegan oat granola
Belatedly for Easter there's a delicious breakfast recipe with carrots today. Ever tried a carrot cake bowl?
Then this might be the right recipe for you. In keeping with this, we use Hafer Hans here Granola without nuts.

Ingredients:
Baked oats
1 carrot (100g)
40g rolled oats
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 egg
100g cottage cheese
20g hazelnut butter
40ml milk of your choice
25ml maple syrup
Vanilla powder or flavor
topping
lowfat quark
maple syrup
Some lemon juice
Preparation:
Grate the carrot and mix together with the remaining ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. The whole thing can now cook for about 6 minutes at 600 watts in the microwave. Now mix the quark with lemon juice and maple syrup and top the bowl with it and the granola .
