Pear Overnight Oats with Mandel Britta Granola
Who else likes ONOs as much as we do?

Ingredients:
50g rolled oats
15g ground flaxseed
130ml plant milk
70g yoghurt of your choice
1 splash of lemon juice
1 shot maple syrup
Some vanilla powder or flavor
As a topping:
2 pears
Preparation:
Mix the rolled oats, flaxseed, vanilla, milk, yoghurt and lemon juice in a glass and leave to soak in the fridge overnight. The next morning (can also be done the night before) mash the pears with a fork or puree them in a blender and add to the overnight oats. Top with the granola when the oats are eaten to keep them crispy.
