Zoats Porridge with vegan buckwheat granola
Zucchini for breakfast? Yes, it sounds strange, but it tastes damn good. Definitely try the porridge recipe!
We are using our new granola variety Frida Coco to match this.

Ingredients:
porridge
80g zucchini
50g oat flakes
1 tbsp baking cocoa
150ml milk of your choice
20ml maple syrup
Topping
A few (sugar-free) chocolate drops
1/2 banana
Some maple syrup
Preparation:
Grate the zucchini and put it in a pot with the remaining ingredients for the porridge and heat over a low heat until the porridge has the desired consistency (if you like it more liquid, add more milk, if you like it firmer, add more oat flakes). Fry the banana in a pan with a dash of maple syrup until golden brown. Now pour the porridge into a bowl and garnish with the toppings.
