Raspberry coconut overnight oats with vegan buckwheat granola
It's raspberry time again. Do you like the red, sweet and incredibly tasty fruits as much as we do?
Then this might be the right recipe for you. We use our vegan and at the same time gluten-free granola Frida Coco to go with it.

Ingredients:
Base
50g rolled oats
15g chia seeds
180ml coconut milk
1 shot maple syrup
Some vanilla flavor or powder
topping
A few raspberries
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients for the base and leave in the fridge overnight. Serve the next morning with raspberries and granola .
