Creamy almond butter
I eat nut butter like other people eat Nutella. For example in muesli, porridge, in my overnight oats, in shakes or even on banana bread, rolls, in cakes...
You could also say that I love nut butter... a lot. That was reason and motivation enough to make it myself. What can I say... it's definitely worth it!!

Servings: 200g
Ingredients:
200g almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
The almonds are roasted in the oven for 10 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius (fan oven).
After they have completely cooled, they are mixed together with the remaining ingredients in a high-performance blender for 4-5 minutes.
Then scrape everything off the side walls again, stir and mix for another 3-4 minutes until a liquid consistency is achieved.
Note: The puree will keep in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks.
