Creamy almond butter
I eat nut butter like other people eat Nutella. For example in muesli, porridge, in my overnight oats, in shakes or on banana bread, rolls, in cakes...
You could also say that I love nut butter… a lot. That was reason and motivation enough to make it myself. What can I say... it's definitely worth it!!

200 grams of almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
The almonds are roasted in the oven for 10 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius (circulating air).
After they have completely cooled down, they are blended together with the remaining ingredients in a high-speed blender for 4-5 minutes.
Then scrape everything off the side walls again, stir and mix for another 3-4 minutes until a liquid consistency is achieved.
Note: The mush will keep in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks.
