Strawberry rice pudding with vegan almond Britta Granola

Then this might be the right recipe for you. We use our bestseller - Almond Britta Granola - to go with it.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
60g rice (I use jasmine rice)
200ml plant milk
20ml maple syrup
Some vanilla powder/flavour
25g Almond Britta Granola
Mix the rice into flour in a blender (the finer the flour, the smoother the rice pudding will be, alternatively ready-made rice flour can also be used).
Mix the flour with the water, milk and vanilla in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Now let the rice pudding swell on a low setting while stirring until a pudding has formed. Sweeten with maple syrup and top with the sliced strawberries and granola .
