Strawberry vanilla pudding dessert

Ingredients for small dessert glasses:
For the pudding:
200ml milk of your choice
1 tbsp cornstarch
20ml maple syrup
Some vanilla powder, flavoring or vanilla bean pulp

Preparation:
Mix the cornstarch, vanilla and maple syrup with a good sip of the milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to the boil in a saucepan. Then turn off the stove, add the cornstarch mixture and let it thicken for a few minutes with a whisk, stirring constantly. Now puree the ingredients for the sauce. Let the pudding cool and then serve with the sauce and granola.
