Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of bread, toast, or similar
  • natural yogurt of your choice
  • almond butter
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Mandel Britta Winter

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the pear : Cut the pear into thin slices. In a pan over medium heat, fry the pear slices with honey and cinnamon until lightly caramelized and soft (about 3-5 minutes).

  2. Toasting toast: Meanwhile, toast the bread or toast until golden brown – either in the toaster or in the pan.

  3. Spread the base: Spread the finished toast generously with almond butter and then pour the yoghurt on top.
  4. Place the pear: Spread the warm pear slices on the yoghurt.
  5. Crunch time: Finally, sprinkle Almond Britta Winter Granola generously over the toast.
