Berry coconut yoghurt to-go with Almond Britta Granola
Even though Corona is unfortunately not over yet, things are returning to normality in many offices. This also includes working less in the home office and more in the office. There's a breakfast recipe that's great to take with you, right?
We definitely think that you don't have to go without a delicious breakfast in the office or at school/university, which is also nice for the eyes.
A classic breakfast recipe is definitely yogurt + muesli + fruit.
It's easy, can be prepared super quickly, tastes great and looks fantastic too. For those who like to eat sweets in the morning and also like muesli, this is definitely a great alternative to quick rolls or pastries from the bakery.
A tip: definitely get a few screw-top or mason jars - you can always use them (e.g. also for dessert). You don't have to overdo it and fill the whole closet with it, like we do at home.
The recipe is easy to prepare in the evening and when it's your turn, you can feed the whole family straight away. When it comes to fruit, your taste is of course important. In addition to raspberries, blueberries, strawberries or pomegranate seeds are also wonderful. And of course you can leave out the honey - the Almond Britta is already relatively sweet.
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
3-4 tbsp coconut yoghurt e.g. from Alnatura or alternatively natural yoghurt
3 tbsp Almond Britta Granola
