50g oat flakes
15g chia seeds
180ml milk of your choice
1 dash of maple syrup
1 tsp baking cocoa
Some vanilla flavor or powder
Some tonka bean pulp
As a topping:
1 tsp almond butter
1 apple
Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients for the base and let it sit in the fridge overnight. The next morning, serve with apple, nut butter and granola. Boom! A nutritious breakfast that saves you time in the morning and gives you energy for the day.
