Enjoyable love of home - the first cooperation with blogger Niederrhein Fräulein
Behind the Niederrhein Fräulein is Nicole, a journalist and a true native of the Lower Rhine, who regularly reports about our beautiful homeland, the Niederrhein, in her blog posts with the support of Niederrhein Tourismus .
Nicole is a big muesli fan and is always on the lookout for unusual and preferably regional creations. That's how she became aware of us and in no time at all we exchanged our ideas and just got started to develop a new muesli creation.
Natural pleasure for a good start to the day
The Mandel Britta combines a good portion of almonds (10%), rolled oats, fluffy spelt, coconut chips and crunchy, juicy, dried pomegranate seeds. A fine note of cinnamon and salted cashew nuts give it this incredibly delicious, sweet and salty taste.
The Niederrhein Fräulein-Edition with that certain something
We took Nicole's personal favorite variety "Mandel Britta" as a basis, which is also your most popular variety. Unfortunately, the cranberries had to go - Nicole doesn't like them at all and has always had a hard time picking them out. 😅
Since there are more and more people who have a peanut allergy, we decided to part with the ingredient for this creation. Since Nicole is a big fan of roasted and salted cashew nuts, this special ingredient was quickly decided. Now only something fruity was missing - after a short consideration we agreed on dried pomegranate seeds.
