Raspberry quark with raspberry granola topping

Ingredients:
For the quark:
250g quark (20%)
juice of 1/2 lemon
a dash of maple syrup
some vanilla powder
As a topping:
a handful of raspberries
40g Himberta Granola
Preparation:
Mix the quark with lemon juice, maple syrup and vanilla powder and pour into glasses.
Top with fresh raspberries and granola.
