Lava Cake

Ingredients:
For the dough:
100g (sugar-free) dark chocolate
3 eggs
100g butter
130g erythritol or sugar of your choice (it must have the consistency of sugar)
60g flour
20g baking cocoa
As a topping:
Preparation:
Melt the butter together with the chocolate and allow to cool briefly so that the mixture is not hot. Now add all the other ingredients and mix to a smooth mixture. Fill into muffin tins, for example, and bake at 180 degrees for around 8-12 minutes. The baking time naturally depends very much on the size of the tin. A muffin tin usually needs 8 minutes. If the dough comes out of the fridge, the cakes also need 2-4 minutes longer, as the chocolate in the dough has solidified again. The cakes are usually perfect when the surface of the cake looks just baked through.
