Quark cup with berry compote and almond Britta Granola
In keeping with the new Mandel Britta Edition from Niederrhein Fräulein, today there is a delicious and simple recipe to try.
Preparation time: 10 min
For the cream
200g quark (20%)
Juice of half a lemon
Juice of half an orange
For the topping
170g berries of your choice
20g Almond Britta Niederrhein-Fräulein Edition
Mix the quark together with the orange and lemon juice as well as the honey and pour into a dessert glass. Chop the orange for the topping and puree the berries. Spread both on the quark cream and serve with the granola.
