Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Matching the current season, we have a Christmas overnight oats recipe in our luggage today. Have fun imitating!

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

Overnight Oats

50g rolled oats
15g chia seeds
130ml plant milk
70g yoghurt of your choice
1 splash of lemon juice
1 shot maple syrup
A few drops of bitter almond flavor

topping

1/2 apple
1 pinch of cinnamon
20g Mandel Britta Granola

 

Preparation:

Mix the oatmeal, chia seeds, bitter almond flavor, milk, yoghurt and lemon juice in a glass and leave to soak in the fridge overnight. The next morning (can also be done the evening before) chop the apple and put it on the overnight oats. Top with the cinnamon and granola when the oats are eaten to keep them crunchy.
