Carrot Cake Bowl with vegan oat granola

Ingredients:
Baked oats
1 carrot (100g)
40g oat flakes
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 egg
100g quark
20g hazelnut butter
40ml milk of your choice
25ml maple syrup
Vanilla powder or flavor
Topping
lowfat quark
maple syrup
Some lemon juice
Preparation:
Grate the carrot and mix it with the remaining ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. The whole thing can now be cooked in the microwave at 600 watts for about 6 minutes. Now mix the curd with lemon juice and maple syrup and top the bowl with it and the granola .
