Zoats Porridge with vegan buckwheat granola
Zucchini for breakfast? Yes, sounds weird, but tastes damn good. Be sure to try the porridge recipe!
In keeping with this, we use our new Frida Coco granola variety.

Ingredients:
porridge
80g courgettes
50g rolled oats
1 tbsp baking cocoa
150ml milk of your choice
20ml maple syrup
topping
A few (sugar-free) chocolate chips
1/2 banana
Some maple syrup
Preparation:
Grate the courgettes and place in a saucepan with the remaining ingredients for the porridge and heat over low heat until the porridge has the desired consistency (add more milk if you like it more liquid, add more oatmeal if you like it thicker). Fry the banana in a pan with a dash of maple syrup until golden brown. Now pour the porridge into a bowl and garnish with the toppings.
