Yoghurt bowl with nectarine and almond Britta Granola
Nectarines provide plenty of variety, especially in summer, don't you think?
Topped with our popular Almond Britta Granola. A little dream. :-)
You can prepare the yogurt bowl with both yogurt and alternatives such as Skyr.
Preparation time: 10 min
200g yogurt of your choice (alternatively you can also use Skyr)
18ml maple syrup
15g Almond Britta Granola
Cut the nectarines into small pieces and fry them briefly in a pan on a low heat for 2 minutes. Now add the maple syrup and let it caramelize for another 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Put the yoghurt or skyr in a bowl, spread the fried nectarines on top and top with the granola.
