Yoghurt bowl with almond Britta Granola
Nectarines provide plenty of variety, especially in summer, don't you think?
Topped with our popular Mandel Britta Granola. A dream. :-)
You can prepare the yoghurt bowl with yoghurt as well as with alternatives such as skyr.
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
200g yoghurt of your choice (you can also use skyr)
2 nectarines
18ml maple syrup
15g Almond Britta Granola
Preparation:
Cut the nectarines into small pieces and sauté briefly in a pan for 2 minutes over low heat. Now add the maple syrup and let it caramelize for another 3 minutes while stirring constantly.
Put the yoghurt or skyr in a bowl, spread the roasted nectarines on top and top with the granola.
